The Design Review Panel (www.designreviewpanel.co.uk) were instructed by East Devon District Council (EDDC) to provide multidisciplinary, expert, independent and impartial guidance and feedback to the local authority, applicant and design team during the pre-application design stage.

Principal Peregrine Mears Architects. We have a diverse portfolio of work across different sectors. Our largest project to date is a new £8m building for Petroc College. In 2012 I designed a £2m extension to a Grade 2 listed country house which is the centre of a large holiday park. Generally 30-40% of our workload is on conservation projects. Alongside that have completed a number of one-off houses, and continue to work on education buildings, housing schemes & commercial projects.
