Colin Veitch
Chartered Architect
Colin leads the Quintain portfolio at GRID and as well as designing three of their major plots on the Wembley Estate, he is now responsible for reviewing all future projects on the estate for compliance to their brand standards. As an experienced master planner Colin’s projects continue to include large, complex sites where strategic analysis is key to success. He has developed the masterplan for Hammerson’s first BtR project in Dublin containing over 850 BtR homes and mixed use.
Colin is currently developing the masterplan for a large site in Brent for the Hill Group that will contain 1500 new homes, a large proportion of which will be BtR. As well as leading the design on projects, Colin retains a role throughout the work stages ensuring the quality of the design is maintained throughout the development.
