Major Project Design Review – Comprehensive
A Comprehensive review lasts seven hours and provides a longer review format for a Major Project. Major Projects cover all proposals outside the Minor category of residential schemes comprising 1–4 dwellings, including non-residential projects.
Read the format and preparation requirements below. The Panel provides constructive, multidisciplinary feedback; planning decisions remain with the relevant decision-maker.
