For residential proposals comprising 1–4 dwellings, including individual homes. All other projects fall within the Panel’s Major Project service category. These are service categories, distinct from statutory planning definitions.
The Panel provides independent, multidisciplinary feedback to help applicants and design teams consider the design of their proposal. Check the review format, scope and submission requirements below before booking.
