Use the calendar below to select a review format and request a date. Reviews are available online or in person across England.
Minor: 1–4 dwellings. Major: all other projects. Major reviews are Focused or Comprehensive; Comprehensive lasts seven hours.
1. Request a date. Choose your format and complete the booking form. The automated email acknowledges your request and provides payment details.
2. Complete payment. Your booking is confirmed only after cleared funds are received, at least 14 days before the requested session.
3. Send your project information. Upload the required documents at least seven calendar days before the review. Please read the booking terms before submitting your request.
