The Design Review Panel (www.designreviewpanel.co.uk) were instructed by East Devon District Council (EDDC) to provide multidisciplinary, expert, independent and impartial guidance and feedback to the local authority, applicant and design team during the pre-application design stage.

Experienced chartered architect with international experience. a chartered member of the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) and registered member of the Architects Registration Board (ARB). She became professionally qualified in 1999 via The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London after obtaining a Diploma in Architecture and Ma (Hons) Degree at the University of Edinburgh. Her professional experience in architecture, and beyond in interior and landscape design, stretches across several countries but she has years of experience in the regional private residential sector while based in Bath and North East Somerset. She also has experience in other sectors, while working with other practices, and under her own name earlier in her career. Mary prides herself with her attention to detail, thoroughness and commitment to the sustainability and inclusivity agendas. Beyond this she has experience of buying, letting, maintaining and renovating property in Bath and North East Somerset.architectural teaching.
