The Design Review Panel (www.designreviewpanel.co.uk) were instructed by East Devon District Council (EDDC) to provide multidisciplinary, expert, independent and impartial guidance and feedback to the local authority, applicant and design team during the pre-application design stage.

Hayden Torr

Ecologist

Hayden Torr has over 20 years’ professional experience as an ecologist. Prior to forming HT Ecology Ltd in 2017 he was an Associate Director with a large ecological consultancy based in the South West and prior to that he was the regional ecology team lead for an international environmental consultancy. Hayden has been involved in over 700 ecology survey and assessment projects ranging from small residential developments to major mixed-use development projects. He has extensive experience of habitat and protected species survey for the majority of notable/legally protected species and designing mitigation/compensation schemes.
