Katy has gained almost a decade of experience working on urban design and regeneration projects during her career as a consultant. This background has provided her with a huge depth of knowledge about the development of numerous housing models together with an understanding of successful management during the inception and pre-construction phases of new build and refurbishments projects.

Her current role working as a Development Manager enables her to bring her architectural and project management experience directly into the delivery of housing accommodation projects around the country, whilst working with a number of local planning authorities and statutory consultees.
